This project constructed 66,000 square feet of paved parking and site access paving. Working through cold weather and rain delays the contractor was able to provide a quality surface in spite of the difficulties. Due to the high reflectiveness of concrete, site lighting needs could be minimized with substantial cost savings in fixtures and power. This parking facility will withstand the many years of heavy truck traffic that comes with a waste handling facility.
