This exceptional building used 10” block with 3” insulation and a 4” architectural block facing to complete it’s office, warehouse, and maintenance repair shop. High specification concrete was used in the shop floors to provide the best possible abrasion resistence and impermeability. Concrete mixes used admixtures and flyash for good pumpablility and finishing characteristics and flyash and granite for high strength and durability. The interior walls are constructed of burnished concrete block and the lower office space made use of limestone and porcelain tile.
