With a 5-month time-line for construction, contractors, ready mix producers, and suppliers were given no slack to finish this 128,000 square foot building and parking area on time. Only the most advanced construction techniques could muster the capability to meet the tight specifications for concrete mixes and floor flatness. Using a mix of materials including colored masonry, this beautiful manufacturing plant will serve the Wahpeton community and Imation for a long time to come. With 3,313 cubic yards of concrete in flat floors and foundations and an additional 5,175 cubic yards in the driveways and parking areas, this award winning construction team has shown they can push the extremes.
