Congratulations to the Fargo Parks Department for providing citizens of the Timberline-Fox Run subdivision a quality recreational trail. The bends, terrain and tie-ins combined with limited site access to make this project a most difficult challenge for the contractor, but most appealing for the trail user. Bikers, roller-bladers, baby strollers and walkers will appreciate the long-lived smooth surface that is inherently available with a concrete trail. This winning entry demonstrates perfection in aesthetics, convenience and effective interaction with the surrounding neighborhood and landscape.
