Self Consolidating Concrete Workshop

Self Consolidating Concrete is becoming more common place throughout the nation as more Engineers become familiar with its capabilities. Through research funds spent by the North Dakota Department of Transportation through the University of North Dakota, two workshops will be scheduled to aid in the technology transfer of SCC here in North Dakota. The NDDOT has targeted cast-in-place thin structural members, such as box culverts, for initial use of SCC technology in their projects. Therefore, the audience for the workshop will be especially focused on bridge contractors, designers and construction engineers. Information on the workshop will be available in a couple of weeks.
